Iv tried to add sky cinema to my package and it says In a red banner that it has hit a problem and can't do it I'm not behind on any payments and have clear funds in bank for now if needed

@Alaskanmalamute the online orering system is not that reliable unfortunstely you may have to call Sky to get Cinema added to your account
