I only signed up in August and was given the impression I would get tickets for the remainder of my contract extension which was 24 months.

The T&Cs on the VUE website clearly states he offer currently expires December 2025.
The initial deal was seemingly due to expire a few weeks ago based on previous dates in T&Cs that have recently been updated.
