My Sky Glass was fine last night but today won’t let me watch anything

Programs I watched last night are now either frozen, unavailable or Error Code 3304.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Have you tried rebooting the Glass?

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.

Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

Re: My Sky Glass was fine last night but today won’t let me watch anything

I've had the same problem today. Turned on my glass and no apps other than sky or sports are showing, e.g no netflix apple, iplayer etc.

have tried refreshing apps and manual restarts but no luck.

I also have no Sky subscription but this hasn't been a probem for the past 2 years. Have Sky removed the ability to use the smart TV from those not subscribing?
