Glass TV faulty

Crackling sound ,drops connection but WiFi is still connected, we have to switch off and back on, solves dropping of WiFi for a few days, but crackling sound contiues, and it is also crashing, ive been patient, but now its. getting annoying, this is the most expensive TV I have ever bought, I except it to be right

Tried on virtual agent with no success and they keep me hanging on the phone.

Try calling after 9.00pm or when lines open at around 7.00am. Reportedly wait times are shorter then.
