Crackling sound ,drops connection but WiFi is still connected, we have to switch off and back on, solves dropping of WiFi for a few days, but crackling sound contiues, and it is also crashing, ive been patient, but now its. getting annoying, this is the most expensive TV I have ever bought, I except it to be right

Tried on virtual agent with no success and they keep me hanging on the phone.
