Hi, looking to purchase Sonas speakers and I want to know if they will connect to my sky glass tv. I'm looking at getting the Sonas era 100 speakers and before I purchase them, I want to be sure they will connect. Can anyone help me ?

Sky Glass supports eARC but doesn't have optical out. Any speakers you buy will work if they support eARC.

Sonos era 100 are normal speakers as part of a general Sonos speaker system rather than a TV sound system. I would probably suggest if you want to use Era 100 for TV you get a Sonos soundbar like the Beam connected via eARC and then add Era 100s to that.
You may be able to avoid a Sonos soundbar with Bluetooth but I don't think it'll be a particularly robust setup.

They will not.
The SONOS Era 100s are only used as standalone speakers or rears in a wider SONOS system.
If you want a "proper" surround sound system, you have bought the wrong TV. Glass is designed as a one box solution.
