Done.
Have a read of this thread and the answered post for the Sky latest response on this issue.

The pausing advice worked for me after trying it twice.

Despite the assurances that the lip sync issue has been sorted, my system has the latest update installed, but still suffers from 5pm lip sync issues at least twice a day. I hope Sky don't think that this is done and dusted!!

Having read Sky's poor excuse for having lip sync issues, I actually have superfast broadband on the latest digital system in the home and despite having the latest Sky glass update, I still suffer from the lip syncing issues. I pay for a first class service and receive a 2nd class service from Sky.

Still having audio sync issues even after new software update for sky glass. I thought that the new update was supposed to fix it?

As I posted just below your post, Sky are aware it's not fixed.

I got an email last week saying they've just updated my TV to the new "Sky OS". Unfortunately, my TV has still not updated. Still on the old "Entertainment OS 1.3". 😞
Though, it does seem like the sync issues aren't as bad at the moment.

The Sky OS or as it shows in settings at the moment as Entertainment OS is not where the lip sync will come from.
The lip sync issue is a build version that you will see in your Settings>Systems Management>System info
This update has been rolling out over the last month or so to customers and. The versions are:
QS034.023.02 to Sky Stream
QS034.023.04 to Sky Glass
Sky are aware that some customers are still having issues after having had the above versions and working to fix further.

Well regardless of the update the lip sync is still a massive problem.
Sky asked for time to resolve the issue, but as always Sky just twiddling their thumbs with the problem, while they continue to take customers cash.
