Loss of subtitles on itv not been resolved

Still can't get subtitles on itv.....why?

We are fellow subscribers on the community so no one here can tell you why. We do know ITV were suffering issues at the tail end of the week so it might be related to that. Best course of action would be to contact sky's viewer relations team who will investigate and feedback. Their email address is viewerR@sky.uk or contact ITV directly.
