What are you using - a Glass TV or a Stream puck? How are they connected to your broadband? WiFi or ethernet? What broadband speed is being received? To find out, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network test.
Also try a reboot - turn your device off at the wall for a minute then power back on.
