Program waiting to load

Whilst trying to watch a movie (I have that package) it keeps saying trying to load them doesn't and goes back to the screen saver thing

What are you using - a Glass TV or a Stream puck? How are they connected to your broadband? WiFi or ethernet? What broadband speed is being received? To find out, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network test. 

Also try a reboot - turn your device off at the wall for a minute then power back on.

@ClaireMJ669  Have you tried rebooting your device by turning it off at the plug for 30 seconds?
