I've never had broadband and want it installed for my grandson. I've done an order online and when it comes to complete the order it says, it's had a technical issue and can not complete the order. It's done this 3 times. What do I do as I want to do this online without having to call sky and wait for an eternity in a queue? Any help gratefully received

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@J+Charlton unfortunately this does happen where there are complications that Sky need to talk through with you directly. Frustratingly the online,system doesnt tell you why it fails.
Caclling Sky need not be too bad the agents are normally pretty friendly and helpful. Calling early in the day or in the evening is usallybthecquickest but you will need patience. Dont hang up or accept a text stay on the line. If you follow the contact us link from where the order failed their system should route your call to the right people.
