Broadband set up..

Why is my broadband not  going  live  until 31 Jan. It should have happened on 17 Jan?

Engineer availability from Openreach if you have been given a new date from Sky could well be the reason.

Particularly for new FTTP installations, delay is unfortunately not unusual.

 

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.
