Speak to uk call centre

My broadband contract is about to expire. Ive tried renewing online and am being offered wifi max for extra £4 with no real detail of what it is and they want a 24 month contract! When I phone to ask about it and negotiate a new contract it goes to India. How do you speak to someone with a UK accent. Also, of all the countries to out source to, why India? Its such a difficult accent to understand.

@Skinnyfella

All calls are directed to the next available agent no matter where they are based. You can't stipulate you want a UK based agent.

Also, all new contracts are now 24 months.
