Just had the new broadband fitted this morning. Worked fine until now it's not working on box two green lights and red in middle.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Big+Jock+1968 if still down this morning and the Service Checker in the My Sky app runoverca mobike connection isnt telling you thst Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line call them to report the fault.
