I'm having trouble getting wifi every day so, please provide a new wifi box and change my wifi password also because i think my neighbour uses my internet

Sky cannot change your wifi password that is something you have to do yourself see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/find-and-change-your-wireless-password
Changing your Sky hub is unlikely to sort issues with WiFi range so if your issue is devices not connecting in more distant rooms then you nedd othercsokutions like https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max which can provide extenders. Hiwever if the hub is losing connection to the line it is probably a line issue which you need to report to Sky.
