My connection dropped and took me to a similar page.
I followed instructions for both the micro filter and the phone socket, and in the end they both told me to restart my sky hub. Then the page disappeared and when I tried connecting again it took me to the same page with "your connection has dropped." What am I supposed to do?
We tried re plugging everything, resetting the box itself, but nothing has worked.
Please help!

Also, there are only 2 lights on- power light green and wifi light green.
