WiFi keeps dropping, won't connect to devices around the home that would previously connect no problem.
this has only happened since we renewed our contract & replaced the router

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Emmaparker28 if you have bought Sky's WiFi Max bundle and have the new white hub then there can be issues. If that applies and you have Sky Q boxes these no longer work as wifi hot spots instead you nedd to talk to Sky to get one or more pod extenders.

thanks, I have the new white router & a puk, I've stopped sky tv due to us having work carried out on the house.
I've never had issues with the old router, maybe this is what it is, but it's definitely not giving us the speed & covin the house we had before
