My phone and wife's laptop can never stay on the WiFi or the connection is really poor

Live in a poor signal area but everything works fine on every device apart from my phone constantly (it'll say connected but nothing will load and as soon as I go to mobile data it'll load) and wife's laptop keeps getting booted off of WiFi?

In many homes a single hub is insufficent to give usable wifi in every room due the layout and type of build of the property. You can try improving the signal by making sure the hub is in the optium position out in the open on a surface.
