Hi yes I have a white max hub and the phone is YEALINK aT46S I am receiving incoming calls but unable to connect them and make outgoing calls , the phone will only connect via WiFi Dongle too , not with Ethernet

Yes I have a white sky max hub and we use 3cx hosted by spitfire

@Treacle08 I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Hi,
Seems like over Christmas break Sky have resolved my issue and the VOIP phone is all working correctly now. I would just say that no one had been in touch to confirm this - I just plugged the phone back in to try and and it worked. Thanks, Sky but shame I had this problem in the first place.

Yes we have the white hub and the VoIP phone provider is Yealink and the network is In2tel which is an Irish telco.
Is we can be escalated to get this sorted that would be great.

Hello - I have the same problem - I have a white max hub and the phone is Yealink SIP- T53W connected via wifi to the router. It has a dial tone but will not connect to out going calls and won't receive in coming calls.

I have the white hub and trying to use Bria Stretto voip on laptop. No joy on incoming or outbound calls.
Can this be escalated please?

I can confirm I have the white sky max hub and the VOIP phone is a polycom vvx250. The problem started in December. ( numerous calls with tech support at sky has not rectified ).
