Returned sky mini box 5/12/23 got email from sky 6/12/23 thanking me for returning and it was with the courier, today got email saying not received so will charge me if not returned by mid january.

So feel free to post back on Wednesday so we can do this for you if it hasn't been picked up by the team themselves before then.

Yes ive stll got receipt and ive also been on phone to sky this morning who dont seem to have a clue whats happening. 15 mins later ive asked them to look into it and phone me back tonight when have some idea where box is

So Sky did phone back and left message saying if i had any further problems to contact them but didnt say if the problem had been resolved so im no wiser as to whether they have received the mini box returned or not

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
