Credit refund

Hi, I'm still awaiting a credit refund that has been sat on my account. How long does this normally take ?

@Lgiff

Make we ask what this credit refund is from, an overpayment or have you left Sky ?

If it is to do with either of these then while it can take weeks if you post back tomorrow we can help to speed this up by alerting Sky's messaging team who should be able to issue the refund and therefore all being well it should be with you with 3-5 working days.

@Lgiff  Is this a closed account?   It's normally 6 weeks for refund, however we can escalate this to theSky  community messaging Team

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Credit refund

Hi this refund is from where I've closed down my account with sky and they have took too much for my final bill. I would like the remaining credit left on my account refunded back to my card.

@Lgiff
I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later today.

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.

This link explains what happens.
