Credit Refund

Hi, there is a credit on my account which I would like sending to my current payment method. How can I arrange this?

In that case the credit can't be refunded as it will be used against your next available bill so it will be used to pay or part pay it.

Is this credit applied after leaving Sky?

No I've just joined and they spent so long getting it up and running (still not working). The credit is compensation.

The credit is 700+ and I will only be paying 60quid a month I don't need that all on my account, is there no way to request that it be sent to my account?

It will be used to pay future bills until used up or you leave Sky.,
