Is this a scam??? sky @ notifications contact sky

I had an email saying my contract was restricted and being cancelled as there were unauthorised payments on my account. Along with 2 other emails. 1 being about nuisance calls help and 1 being recommend a friend.  As I'm aware there's nothing untoward happening on my account. Oddly this email came within 20min of me talking to an agent about negotiating a renewal contract.

That is an email address that Sky do send emails from.

I think you need to call Sky again tomorrow about this.
