If your payment method is still active on your Sky account refunds can take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection. If your payment method has been cancelled Sky will have to manually raise a cheque (usually involving a back office team) and post it to you so it’ll take longer.
If you wish we can try to help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if that’s what you want to do but please confirm in your reply it’s currently showing as a credit on your Sky account.

This seems to be a common issue!
I have cancelled all services from Sky and have credit from overpayment on my final broadband bill!
I was told it would be paid back to my bank...can this be escalated?

Hello, my last day of service for my broadband was 28 October 2024, I'm still waiting for my credit refund. It has now been 6 weeks since the last day of service and I've still not received the refund. The payment method should still be active. Would someone be able to help me get in touch to help progress the refund? Thanks
