I've payed my mobile bill on the 27yh of December now sky is say it hasn't been paid and be put on to my next bill in January I've got the bank statement confirming it's been payed

Direct debt payment I've got it on my bank statement that they took it out but on my January bill it's showing up double payment to be took out because Decembers wasn't took

No the payment was taken from my bank account in December when I've just checked my mobile bill of this month (January ) they have added Decembers bill on as well saying it's overdue

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
