Bulling
I've payed my mobile bill on the 27yh of December now sky is say it hasn't been paid and be put on to my next bill in January I've got the bank statement confirming it's been payed

Have you made an unnecessary manual payment when you have a continuous card payment or direct debit set up?

Direct debt payment I've got it on my bank statement that they took it out but on my January bill it's showing up double payment to be took out because Decembers wasn't took

So the direct debit wasn't taken in December so they carried this over to your January bill but in the meantime you made a manual payment ?

No the payment was taken from my bank account in December when I've just checked my mobile bill of this month (January ) they have added Decembers bill on as well saying it's overdue

@Donna153 I would wait to see if the DD has been rejected at the bank as it seems this may be the case.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
