When did you join? 

What date is your normal payment date and how do you pay it?

I use Sky internet, and a charge of 35 euros was made to my account on the 29th if I'm not mistaken.

The 29th was Sunday. Payments aren't processed on a weekend as banks are shut and would have been processed yesterday at the very earliest.

my invoice does not show the payment of 35 euros, but in my bank account it says SKY, and when I try to download the full invoice, the application does not load the invoice

This isn't an invoice, it is where you should be able to view your online Sky bill.
