I left Sky Broadband last month and it is showing there is a credit on my account. I've kept my Sky Mobile account up and running so whenever I try using your online help it keeps putting me through to the mobile team! I'd like to get that credit balance credited back to me asap please rather than waiting 6 weeks.

Hi I haven't yet had the 'chat bubble' you mentioned would happen this morning? Thanks for any help- I simply want the money back that has been taken for a service that was cancelled !!

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I am also in the same position of having a credit balance on the account since we cancelled Sky back in July. Could anyone assist with us getting the credit refunded please?
