Getting my voucher

I was wondering how I get my voucher for changing to sky? 

I tried to use the link on email but it bring me straight to different types of boardband deals and makes it look like I have to do process again as new order when my bb is working and active already

You'd need to contact the company who is offering the voucher, Sky only offer switch credit directly through them, everything else is through 3rd parties
