No phone no internet - rebooted and reset stilll nothing. I need the phone as my mum has a fall system via the phone to contact emergency services

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Alison+Grundy You will have to contact Sky directly to report the issue, it may be worth registering with the accessibility team given your circumstances as they may be better equipped to help than frontline customer service.
