Hi,
My WiFi range via my Sky hub has been fine until today. I was "unable to connect to this network" when I returned home as well as my wife and kids laptops. I went through the usual troubleshooting but no joy. I am typing this message from my hard wired PC so I know that the broadband is OK. I brought my laptop next to the hub and hey presto I have WiFi. BUT, if I move my laptop more than 6ft away I lose WiFi. I belive that the hub, which we have had for several years has a fault that is restricting the WiFi range drastically. How do I get a replacement hub?

Hi,
This morning the WiFi range is OK, I am wondering if there is an issue with the Q Hub when it gets warm/more users? Unless you at Sky were doing something? I don't know if that is a thing.

Last night the WiFi was a little sketchy, I wonder if I have an issue with the Q Hub?
