You have a very high noise margin and a line attenuation suggesting you should be on 80Mbps
Could you run tests on your my sky app and post the info in more about your connection

It's the speed between your local telephone exchange or street cabinet and your Sky hub.
The speed you get to a WiFi connected device might be lower. It can depend on how far it is from your hub, how it's connected and how many other devices are connected to your hub.

Are you on a 40Mbps profile?
You are getting 34Mbps with a guarantee of 35Mbps and line drops
Call sky on 150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
Or if in Ireland
Call sky ireland on

im on the superfast package which is the only one i can get at 59mb/s
i normally sit at 39mb/s and has been down at 34mb/s for a few days last week which i contacted them about which they have deposited a months charge into my account.

59Mbps sounds like the national average . What speed were you told you would get when you signed up?

39, that speed isnt too much of an issue as thats been quite consistant for a couple years - its just the constant drops that happen -
