I recently changed my package and was told about £20 administration fee but as I had paid £70 on my previous bill the man said this would come off my next one which it hasn't it has been added on but there is also a late fee of &10 which I don't know why

Not sure what you mean by "as I had paid £70", do you mean you had overpaid by £70, if so what shows on your next bill ?
