That sounds potentially like an index issue and that now the "cloud recorded" version has been to ITV X app it's not linked it.
Ypu can still watch the show quite easily.
press the microphone button on the remote.
say "I'm a celebrity"
it will load the I'm a celebrity program page and you can click on the I'm a celeb series. It will then show series 23 and yesterdays episode which will open and play via the ITV X app.
