Itv 1 no subtitles

Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone else is having this problem, every channel has subtitle that are working but itv 1 is the only one that does not have them. It's becoming an issue as there is someone who needs subtitles

Hi @Jamie158 

 

The best course of action would be to email skys viewer relations team. They will be able to investigate with internal teams and ITV and feedback accordingly. They can be reached on email at viewerR@sky.uk.

I have Sky Stream and haven't had subtitles available on itv for a few days now either.

I've had the same problem since Thursday, all other channels have subtitles as normal but ITV has no subtitles at all. Having to watch the soaps on ITV player just to get the subtitles. Sky Stream customer.
