@LadyDeb  You use the same login details you used for netflix on your Glass TV.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Thank you for taking time out to reply and apologies for long break in my reply.  It is saying it is incorrect.  I don't sign into Netflix separately on my Sky Glass as it is included in my package.  Hope that makes sense!
