Hi recently we had an engineer come out to us to look at our broadband as it was preforming as it should, we was getting really low speeds. We had a gentleman called James come out to us, I would just like to say how fantastic he was, he did a brilliant job was very thorough for what was not a simple thing to get to the bottom of. In the last few days I have spoken with different advisors trying to resolve an issue with my Sky TV but to no avail. It felt as if they either couldn't care less and or understand what I needed. Today Sunday 21 January at 13:00 I spoke with Mark. What can I say, he was so friendly and even more so knowledgeable. This guy knows his stuff and knows what he's talking about. Having tried various things to resolve the issue it still didn't work. He has organised an engineer and within 30 minutes the engineer is arriving. I do hope this feedback gets back to Mark and his manager as people like Mark in customer service are very rare Thank you Mark, you're a star 🌟

I have been a Sky customer for over 25 years. I contacted Sky as my bills were getting ridiculous and I was considering leaving as things are just getting too expensive. I spoke to Bruce (Loyalty Stay) who was an absolute star. Together we went through what I was paying for, what I needed/used and what I didn't. He was patient, informative and really friendly. Bruce gave me various options and explained each of them thoroughly. My bills have been cut by £40 per month as I had things that I was not using at all. Bruce went above and beyond and I am extremely grateful that he picked up my call and was able to help me.

We had a visit from an engineer on the 9th Jan. The engineer (Anthony) could not have been more helpful. We had issues with Wi-Fi in the house and he was totally brilliant. Firstly calling beforehand to confirm a time, then a further call to say he was enroute with an eta. Then whilst here he repaired the issues, and then tested all of our Sky appliances to ensure suitably working. I had been struggling for quite some time getting the connection to all of our Sky products. Called numerous times and fixed for a day or so then had to call back again. Lines been cut off on occasion . I spoke to an advisor called Saira tonight who helped me set up all boxes and made sure all software was up to date. She was so patient and helpful while sorting everything out. She organised for an engineer to come to my house to check everything and is going to check in with me in the new year to make sure everything is still running ok. I had a Sky engineer Benjamin visit Wednesday 20/12/23 . He was such a friendly, helpful, polite and efficient young man. He could not be more understanding when I asked him to wear a mask as my husband has terminal cancer and I had recently come out of hospital from a ventilator. He thoroughly checked all my Sky systems and set up a booster upstairs for a better signal for my IPad which kept disconnecting. He also explained more about my mini box which I now know how to move to another room for my husband. I was disappointed on not getting a survey to complete as people are quick to complain but not so much to compliment. However, I was trying to work out how to send a compliment in to Sky via an email but struggling during which time I received a parcel. I was overwhelmed and shed a tear when opening it and found a hamper with a card from Ben / Sky wishing us a Happy Christmas. What a kind and thoughtful thing for Ben to do, not only a brilliant engineer but a truly kind and considerate young man. After 24 years with Sky I actually don't know what else to say but THANK YOU BEN and Sky are lucky to have you.

Not a complaint but a Thankyou! I noticed my seldom used landline wasn't working so I gave Sky a call. My call was immediately answered, I expected a long long wait. A lovely Bulgarian lady (I asked her!) quickly worked out it was an external fault and told me the engineers would fix it. On checking, my phone was up and running a couple of hours later! Would like to thank the man (I believe the name was Ronnie but might have gotten it wrong) who helped my daughter and I set up sky broadband and sky stream products over the phone two weeks ago. When we had difficulties buying the sky Black Friday products online and because we wanted the deal before it rang out we had to ring. We were connected to Ronnie who was very patient and helpful and sorted out our products for us, and even arranged a deal with his manager for Sky Wifi Max. I would just like say a HUGE thank you to the Sky Broadband engineer who came to connect my broadband service today 😊 David was exceptional! He initially was struggling to connect my service to the new super fast broadband but percervered and even came back the following day to try again. Both of my sons aged 10 and 15 commented on how lovely he was and David was kind enough to give them some career advice about becoming an engineer for openreach whilst he was happily working away. I was so amazed by the engineer Gary who came to help us with our lack of signal to the sky box today (29/11/23). Unfortunately he hit his head in our shed outside. He cut his head badly (I think he may end up needing stitches!) despite bleeding a lot, and he must have been in a lot of pain, he carried on working really hard. He found lots of cables that didn't work, that had been done by an electrician. He removed all the faulty cabelling running around the house to make it look neater and safer for our kids. He then put all new cabelling in. Not only did he fix it but he also cleared up cabelling that was not his work and went above and beyond. I would also like to send him my regards, I really hope his head is okay. If it was me, I would have gone to A&E immediately and had the afternoon off. I hope the gash on his head is okay and recovers. I had to find somewhere to write a positive review, Gary was brilliant! I hope his amazing service to Sky can be recognised somehow

Jordan from the technical team has gone above and beyond in helping me resolve a complaint and dealing with a broadband cease which Sky incorrectly added to my account. After being bumped around the houses and speaking to multiple people, Jordan took it on his own back to ensure the case was left with him and that he would escalate this for me. Not only was he amazing with his communication by keeping me up to date but he ensured the compensation being added was acceptable for me and that I was happy with the resolution of this. Also, as this wasn't an issue which necessarily sat with him, it furthers my gratitude that he ensured i was being listened to. I cannot thank him enough for sorting out this issue and for being so kind and helpful. He is an amazing asset to sky and his team and deserves recognition!

I wanted to say thanks to Mike in the Sky protect support team. I have a problem with my indoor camera which appeared to fail / brick / became unresponsive during a firmware update. I think it was a fairly easy problem to diagnose - but I wanted to say thanks for the speed of response and the clarity of next steps. I used the support / contact us process within the app - and sent an email. I had a personal response within 10 minutes. A quick exchange of emails and the whole matter was resolved (a replacement is on its way) within half an hour. In an era of "your query is important but we are busier than usual so it may take 7-10 working days to reply" a resolution in less than 30 minutes is really great. thanks

I want to say a very big thank to Sheila from Dunfermline (Removed) for her help in sorting out my problem in upgrading to SkyQ. Three days after agreeing the SkyQ contract the IT team disabled our multi screen boxes prematurely. Obviously an error on their part. Over a period of 5 days I made 4 calls and spoke to 5 people none of whom, despite their best efforts, sorted the problem out.
In fact one person cancelled my SkyQ contract without telling me.
Fortunately Sheila was the sixth person I spoke to and she immediately took control of the situation.
She was extremely professional , communicated regularly with me and resolved the situation to my satisfaction.
I am very grateful to her. This became a complicated situation which was not my fault and she stuck with it to the end. I've been with Sky for 33 years and without a doubt she is the most professional person I've ever dealt with there. Please pass on my thanks to her.

Saturday night I took my 11 yo daughter to see Nothing But Thieves. I cheakily ask about taking her in to the lounge as it was her first ever gig and want to see if we could make it a bit more special. Your team was so accommodating. The guy who I believe was the team leader, whilst chatting, asked where our seats were. And from this point in our night totally changed from what was going to be a fabulous night to something really special. He allowed us to sit in the special seats beside the stage. (S4)-we were shown to our seats and then guided to the lounge. Even the guy on our door was so courteous and lovely. Other than it being a blinding night of music – as my daughter put it, she also felt confident about being there and safe. - which didn't feel before going in. Jess is autistic - And safety for her is so important to her otherwise she can feel overwhelmed. I can't thank your staff enough. I am with SKY TV since more then 10 years but recently due some advisors errors and false promises and promises made to give me a call and apologise or compensate ... they lost trust ... i lost my trust talking to any advisor because they seem caring on phone but at the back they do mistake and customer like me suffers there mistake and extra billing. But Chelsea is the staff I spoken to on 29/09/2023.. between 9.am till 10.45am.. Her customer services shall be an example for perfect customer handling. My mother and I spoke with Andrew in Dunfermline (from the dedicated Accessability team) on the 1st and 2nd Sept 2023. Andrew guided us through switching account details to my mother's name after my father's death. He did so clearly, thoroughly and with patience and sensitivity. He gave us a lot of his time, answered all of our questions and left us with a better understanding of what we were signed up for and what steps to take next. He made the effort to call us back directly on a Saturday when he was working and even called several times when he couldn't get through initially. His calm and methodical approach helped us to navigate and resolve a tricky issue and we are very grateful to him for that.

Following on from the amazing work Phil fekm cancellations helped me, he put me through to a tech advisor Joanne; who was the epitomy of support; not only did she help me resolve and explain what has been going on with the issues with my line, she took her time to explain had Happened, broke down everything that had/ NOT happened, which made me reassured what was happening with my line rather than a no it all speaking jargon! Then she was helpful and understanding when I had to support my child, finding out her name we had a huge thoughtful conversation about an event she recently went to, that I had been to many a time and we clicked with the conversation, then afterwards she supported me more with resolving another issue just to help my child. Sky...! Joanne should be fully recognised for her thoughtfulness and support for what she had done that no other tech advisor apart from another helped in cancellations . Please recognise her good work...!

Having only been a Sky member for 12 months I have recently had an issue with them and trying to change to Sky Stream, after 6 weeks of Live Chat, failed telephone calls and utter frustration I wrote a complaint as the attitude I was getting from staff was appauling - spoke to the complaints team via Whatsapp and spoke with Martin - he went above and beyond, took his time with me, empthasied and provided an outstadning service that has meant that I will stay with Sky because of him - Martin is fantastic at his job and deserves the recognition! When you move home, there are always hundreds of calls to move before you can settle in. Out of all of these calls, my recent experience with Sky was by far the smoothest. Tez is an absolute credit to the moving home team, and talked me through each stage with friendly and professional information tailored to my own situation.

I had some questions about returning my Sky equipment. I spoke to Fardeen on 26/8/23 and he advised me to attach a note inside the box and ,maybe, send an email which I have also done. He asked me why I had left Sky and I told him that the Virgin package was practically half the price. However, I did say that once my contract with Virgin was up, if there were any more appealing packages with Sky I would, almost definitely, be returning! He also mentioned going onto Uswitch to see what I could come up with. He was very helpful and friendly. I mentioned that one of the features missing with Virgin was that I could only watch Friends a small part of the day but with Sky it was available much more often. I then discovered that Fardeen was also a fan of the program so we had a little discussion about that! I liked the fact that the conversation wasn't 'staged' and was much more personal. If only other customer service advisors were as nice. I would really appreciate it if Fardeen was able to see my letter. Many thanks.

Just had to put it out there that today we had Shaun (removed) come and upgrade all our Sky boxes. We have a pretty conviluted installation and he got his head around it and carried out a seemless upgrade and we are so happy and over the moon with his first class knowledge and work. We knew it was going to present a problem but he never stalled a true professional and actioned everything we could want.
Very impressed, very diligent and a super guy - well done that man!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Christine Hamill who helped me yesterday spending over an hour explaining very simply how I could save money but also without being at all push or salesy pointed out clearly how I could swop some phones on my contract and end up with a better phone for a similar pricepoint. I ended up swopping 2 phones and spending a little more but with more data as I required. She also looked at my TV package to see if any savings could be had which was not possible but I was so grateful for her attention.
Mostly I am happy with the service I receive and I always know it will be a long call which can be hard when I'm trying to hold down a full time job, but yesterday I was cut off twice from other members of the team and was grateful when one person just talked at me trying to sell me stuff that was way beyond my pricepoint and seemed to ignore that the whole point of my call was to save money. Christine, on the other hand, really listened to what I had to say and I brought up the fact that I'd been alerted to the possibility of swopping some devices and she explained how that worked and exactly how much it would cost me and how that would differ from what I was spending now. She was amazing. Just really trusted her to give me the right advice.

I made two calls today and both members of staff were so helpful, both people made me feel like they were there to help and not push expensive products to me. I had plenty of questions for both team members but especially a lot of questions about my broadband and tv during the second call! I was given plenty of time to talk to my partner on the second call (he was dealing with grumpy baby on the first so I had to ring back later!) and we were given plenty of help in tallying up costs of different packages/combinations. It was nice to make a call and not feel pressured to make a decision without chatting about it first. Thank you both for your time and help today!

Hi, After having Contact with your Call Centre, I expected an E Mail requesting feedback, surprisingly none arrived. Which is preferred to other companies hitting you with feedback requests before you leave the site/ call. Well done Sky👍. So I feel searching for feedback methods is warranted I this case. I called the Company on 31/7/23, and after a short delay(eased by a choice of music) a young lady called Shruthi took my call. She was at your India centre, as I am hard of hearing I usually have difficulty understanding heavily accented operators, Shruthi was excellent and understanding, making my renegotiation process easy and fruitful. She listened and answered all my Qs. The revised offer was acceptable, so I'm staying with Sky. Please pass on my thanks to her, for being a spot on Agent and a credit to Sky.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Regards P H.

i like to thank😁🙂 zoe the sky sky advisor at sky today she was willing to listen to my issue she ran a line test and found a fault😞🤔and she said i will have to book openreach to come and sort this issue with speed to your hub and asked me when i like them to come after telling me all the avalible dats and times and i chose and she said all booked in and thanks zoe i hope she gets some reward for the polite help and helped me out greatly today thanks zoe🤗😊😁

I'd been having issues ordering broadband, with 2 orders getting cancelled. I was dealing with staff over the phone but, when walking past a Sky store, I decided to go in store and see if they could help. The staff member Kamal in Manchester City centre was so helpful. He helped me to create a new account and answered all the questions I had. He was very friendly and professional. All my issues were resolved by him within minutes. I want to thank him for his time.
