We are often quick to complain in this life but less quick to praise, so I wanted to credit @Anonymous (removed) in Sky's Dunfermline office. After having struggled for over a week to get where we wanted to, including one conversation leaving my wife in tears and our broadband and home phone cut off, Sheila took hold of the case and has brilliantly navigated us through the choppy waters of telephone customer services.
