I called the SKY Bereavement line and spoke to Tina (Removed), she was very patient and had great compassionate skills and was to able to get a good deal for my mother. Tina was very patient and put my mum at ease, she was very thorough and went above and beyond to look for better deals for my mums circumstances. I'd like to thank Lee the Sky engineer who visited us on Friday 20th October 2023. It was pouring with rain and he spent a very long time trying to improve our connectivity that had been really bad for months. He had to install 2 different cables in the end outside all round our house in terrible weather. Our service is perfect now and I just wanted to say thanks to him for not giving up until he had rectified the problem.

My internet went down and after following the usual SKY instructions I was left with a telephone number to call. Imagine my surprise when, after connecting, the automated system told me what I had tried already and what they were going to do next. I received a text from SKY giving a link that I followed. I just had a call with Sam, she went beyond any call I've ever had with any customer service team. Firstly she's working on a Sunday. Secondly she organised a very prompt visit from an engineer to fix my broadband speed issue. However, most importantly, Sam asked me how my day was and led with compassion and empathy asking the sweetest follow up questions to my (maybe too honest) response to how my Sunday was going. I would just like to say thank you to our engineer Gary who visited today. I had to reschedule my appointment when he arrived due to my school run and he kindly went to another job and then came back. We've had signal issues since before Christmas and when he looked into it for us there was an issue with our cabling and dish. He then ran new cabling and installed a new dish in the most horrendous rain and managed to sort it. Great customer service, thank you so much 😊

Hi, I would like to thank my brilliant engineer Thomas who attended our house today to fit our Sky Q box. We had a dilemma with the setup of our other tv's in our house but Thomas helped explain the problems and he even spoke to my son on the phone for a few minutes to provide the options on what could be done. As two eldery pensioners this was a big help as we didn't really understand the issue. Thomas installed our new Sky Q box and even played around with our setup to ensure that we still had freeview on our other televisions in the house. He is a credit to Sky, thank you!

I have recently experienced problems with my Q box not connecting and or not retaining my router password. Despite several attempts to resolve this including an engineer visit to replace the box, it continued. So today I called again and was connected to Engineer Aziz (in South London, I don't have his family name). I was on the call for over an hour but he patiently worked through various steps until the problem was solved. I'm not technically adept but it seemed to me his level of knowledge was excellent. Additionally, he was clear, friendly and very patient (see above, not technically adept comment). He didn't rush me and talked me through what was required. When it seems these days that customer service can be somewhat lacking Aziz showed how it should be. I hope this feedback reaches him. And that he is valued by Sky, he's a great ambassador of how it should be done.

Wanted to post a thanks to ZOE at Sky mobile. I rang this morning to enquire about the delay in getting my iPhone 15 Pro Max and she was very helpul. No due date as yet for the stock to arrive, but her friendly and professional attitude helped to quell the fires of rage, as other providers, including O2 have them in stock for collection over the counter. I appreciate Sky do not hold stock, but to be assured in an email that they will deliver before 18/11/23 seems a little too good to be true.

The process for replacing Sky Q products when the HD has issues is superb! It’s been causing a problem for months (not connecting to the mini box, kept reactivating the network and main box connections, kept trying to update software when it was already done) but was desperately bad over the weekend (couldn't watch recordings, couldn't record or download, couldn't connect to mini box at all). I went through the help pages, reset the HD with no improvements so I requested a new productwhich arrived within 13 hours! Incredible! I thought there was a further issue with my mini box but replacing the main box has fixed things. Thank you!

I just wanted to say thank you to Franklyn who I spoke to today 07/08/2023 between approximately 12,15pm-13:30pm to discuss my Sky TV renewal. Franklyn was polite and friendly and provided the information I needed to renew for another 18 months. I don't know where Franklyn was based but apparently the temperature was 32 degrees so clearly not in the UK today. I promised to complete the customer satisfaction survey which he said would be emailed to me but I never received this (may be because of the settings on my account). I'd like to say a big thank you to both @Kate and @julia for helping us get better internet speed and a better deal than our existing contract. They both were really friendly and helpful and Kate sent an engineer out to replace the socket as she was unhappy with the internet speed and didn't want to renew our contract if the speeds were too slow . @Andrew came on time and was really good and just changing the socket nearly doubled our internet speed which was excellent. A couple of days later I called again and spoe with Julia who put us on the lowest price available imma=ediately and was very helpful so I am really happy with the service. Over the last 3 years I have been suffering with severe long covid and my husband has had to take on lots of the jobs I used to do like the internet and he also wants to say thank you in general as sky made it easier for him to take over than some of the organisations he's had to deal with over the last few years! We did mean to fill out the post call survey but unfortunately the text got deleted so sorry for that!!!

Every time I turned on my TV, it said there was not internet connection. My SkyQ box appeared to be working but I only had access to recordings and the TV guide. The mini boxes in two other rooms were not working at all. I called Sky, thinking that I would need to organise a visit so the main box could be repaired or replaced. I spoke with a lovely man called Constantine, who said that he could probably help me fix the problem over the phone and he did! I discovered that my recording box was 100% full so deleted many series I had recorded and the box was up and running again! He also talked me through connecting the other 2 boxes. He was so helpful, knowledgable and patient. I was very pleased with the service

Just wanted to send a huge thanks to Matthew who installed my Sky dish on our home move on Monday 1st August. Turned up on time, was polite and very professional throughout the visit. He was very careful in siting the dish and managed to almost completely hide the cable via a guttering downpipe so it's not visible from the garden and not a speck of dust or rubbish anywhere. Very helpful in letting me know details of the wireless router and why I should avoid renaming the SSD. The fact that he saw the Sky employee charity days as really positive events that he looked forward to (he viewed them as perks) speaks volumes of his work and personal ethics. Absolutely top marks.

I recently received help from one of your broadband new connections staff members called Claudean who has gone above and beyond to help me, I've had such a terrible time with my Vodafone broadband recently I wasn't sure about taking out a new contract but after Claudean took the time to listen to all of my concerns, build trust and heal the damage done by years of terrible service I'm not only taking out a new 2 Yr contract with sky but I have chosen to also get sky t.v that will not only save me money on my current subscriptions but will give me more choice. Michael is really knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Michael explains clearly and really helped me to understand my problem with my sons PC and WiFi connection. I never go out of my way to put a review and just fill them out when I receive a link etc, but in this case, I felt Michael was so calm, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and an absolute credit to your company. I cannot praise Catherine more. I had to speak to several people once my new Sky box was delivered and installed but one of the problems continued. This staff member was patient and listened to our concerns and took the appropriate steps to rectify the problem instead of reading from a prepared script with no deviation. This lady is a shining example of how customer service should be and those who I spoke to previously need to aspire to her standard. She even laughed at the green screen incident. This lady needs commended and rewarded by her line management if not by Sky senior management.

I would like to say thank you to your employee ID Epo86. My house move, during a time of system challenges at skys end, was challenging. I initially spoke to 3 people who all gave different advice and I was no further forward. Then Elaine(Epo86) took my call and the service I received was outstanding. She personally walked me through all my options, explained the issues faced and promised to see them through to resolution. This she did, calling me 3 or 4 times at agreed times to follow up or update me. Her knowledge of the systems and products was exceptional. Having recently received my new broadband hub, I was having trouble connecting my Blink cameras. I phoned sky broadband customer service and Ivan came to my help. Over a few days and phone calls he sorted out the problem perfectly. Not only did he do this for me, but he went what I thought was over and above anything I expected. I spoke to lori today on the phone in regards to cancelling my tv and keeping broadband due to personal circumstances. She dealt with my request in a very friendly and approachable way. It was nice to actually have a conversation with someone who doesn't sound like they are reading off a script. If I could have her everytime i have an enquiry I know I'd be in safe hands. Would highly recommend her communication and problem solving to anyone. Amazing asset to the sky team.

I would like to leave a great review for Colin (Tech team expert) who was able to replace my broadband today as it was faulty and not working. I called Sky regarding my broadband not working, as it was not working for several days and the Engineer was able to visit the same day. Colin was really friendly, polite and helpful. He was very informative and he was great help on giving me the details on what Sky provides. Colin was also straight to the point, very friendly and was talking to me about all the details and was very patient. Overall an amazing, friendly Engineer and I would love to give Colin a 10/10 rating!!! Thank you very much!!!!!

Spoke to Michelle from your Customer Priority Team today 12th October at 11.22 in regards a complaint that has been submitted and she took the time to listen to me and to try and sort out my complaint she managed to sort out part of my complaint and sorted out a call back to finish sorting out the other part of my complaint as she needed to send off a form to the back office team for actions to be taken on my account. Michelle has turned a low feedback back score in to a higher feed back score with just one call.
