I would love to say an extra special thanks to the sky customer service worker gilian. I was passed about 4 or 5 times before getting put through to her, she made the whole issue pretty much go away 🤣🙈. I just phoned regarding broadband issues that we have been having for a number of days. I got through to Dimitri. He was extremely helpful and polite. He was knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing and how to tackle the problem we were having. Normally calling any company with issues is stressful, but Dimitri made it easy and he deserves recognition for the amazing job that he did and how nice he was to me. Nothing was too much trouble and he provided all information with clarity. Often when calling companies you speak to someone that clearly doesn't want to be there but he did not give this impression at all - if all customer service people were like this it would be much easier to get issues resolved.

I just wanted to thank Luca who is a young man who came today. He showed so much respect to me & my home and fixed the problem with my sky Q box and my hub. He was polite. He was knowledgeable and he just made me feel very comfortable having him around my home. He was also very good when I introduced him to my dogs and all the time he showed so much respect to myself and my husband and my home. He solved the problem and went above and beyond to explain what was wrong why it was going wrong and how he solved it. I really would like to recommend him to anybody as he is a credit to the Sky team. He's not very old he's only in his early 20s, but wow, has he been brought up well and his manners were impeccable. Even down to putting covers over his shoes which I told him he did not need as we are in the middle of decorating and the carpet is about to be ripped up, but I really appreciated the gesture.. what a credit he is to sky!

As she does not have internet conection all her dealings have to be by phone. Sadly I do not have his name but he delt with Mrs C Harley from Hereford before 1200 on 06/07/2023, he sorted out an engineer to visit next week and best of all for my Mother he reduced her monthly bill. I just wanted to praise the Sky Engineer who came to set up our new Sky Q equipment 3rd July 2023. Unfortunately, despite chatting with her throughout, we didn't get the Ladies name. Our appointment was between 8am & 1pm, she arrived promptly at 8.15am. I went outside to show her our dish and tell her the issues, such as trees effecting connection and that we only had one line feed. All of this she had already noted and taken into account, even discussing changing the dish position....Unbelievable! She was like a Sky Q Sherlock Holmes. She then went on to say that our old dish was now unsafe because it was to near the chimney and she would have to remove it, then check for a better signal and attach a new dish via a pole. She did all this,in the pouring rain, but that never stopped her friendly and pleasant demeanour. She was so informative and cheerful, a true credit to any company. She then set about setting up our boxes and even discussing good to series to check out. Every piece of information needed she passed on, like an oracle of all Sky services. She was an absolute delight to deal with. Prompt, Friendly, easy to talk to, informative, who went above and beyond to help us. A true credit to your company and an utter delight to deal with. Hello I just had a call with an adviser today in the cancellation team as I had a query about a new phone contract with Sky. I was aiming to leave feedback but there was no option at the end of the call. The adviser was extremely helpful and made sure I fully understood the process so I wanted to make that known. The call took place 17/06/2023 and the call ended around 19:00. I think the advisers name was Dave in the cancellation team and he was Scottish but please can you pass on this feedback. He was very understanding and explained everything thoroughly to ensure I understood the process. I was confused about next steps as I wanted to keep my old number but he explained that because I had bought a new sim plan I couldn't transfer my previous plan number as this was also with Sky. He reassured me and managed to find a solution to my issue by cancelling the new sim plan and upgrading my data plan to 20GB whilst continuing to pay the same price. I was hesitant about calling but I'm so happy to have the issue resolved promptly and really appreciated Dave's patience and communication. Thanks

I want to say thanks to customer services for the brilliant service that they provided yesterday. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the chap that I spoke to..... I was having problems with the 5G wifi on my SR203 router where it would fail if I moved or disturbed it in anyway . There was clearly an issue with an internal connection and the problem had existed from new when ther system was installed in January. It had progressively got worse to the point where it was more Off than On. Anyway the Customer Rep. said he would get a replacement router sent out to me, and I received it this morning - less than 20 hours since I phoned them! Thanks.

Darren (unsure of his surname) came out to my house to fix an issue with my broadband. I don't like letting strangers into the house but Darren was so friendly he put me at ease. He fixed the issue with my broadband and also fixed an issue I was having with my remote (which I asked him to look at whilst he was here). I work from home and don't speak to many people during the week, but Darren let me talk his ear off about my pets and he told me about his dogs and tropical fish. I called customer service on Saturday 20 May at 10.53 to get done technical support for a camera doorbell which wouldn't connect to wifi. After some dismal service from previous doorbell company I bought a different one but the new one wouldn't connect. Having got very frustrated I called Sky for help and George was so patient and helpful and we got it sorted. What a contrast. I ve been a Sky customer since 2003 and one reason is your helpful staff.

What a breath of fresh air Claire in Technical was today! It was a 5th call to sort out a billing issue after upgrading to full Fiber. (In short the offers didn't get applied and were no longer available). Clearly it was a challenge to sort the issue as previously either nothing got done or I was passed on to someone else and after hanging up with a promise of a call back, I had no update. However, Claire took ownership of the problem, liaised with the relevent people and kept me informed. She is an asset to Sky and deserves praise (review the notes on file). After having a stressful few weeks with services I actually phoned sky to leave as was upset over issues I was having after being with sky for over 8 year. However I rang up and literally spoke to the kindest customer service agent called Robert. I belive he may be from Holland or somewhere similar with the accent he immediately helped me and jumped into action and solved the ongoing issues the best he could I've called before and 9 times out of ten do get Lovley people to help however he outshines I didn't come of the phone with more money added to my bill or asked to sign up for more services everything he did came at no cost at all.I really needed help today as was at the end of my tether and he genuinely cared and understood. My name is Jason Cairns. I've just switched from SkyQ over to Sky Stream. I had some initial teething problems getting access to certain apps. Despite my own efforts I couldn't resolve them. I got in touch with Sky customer services and was put through to young lad called Sean. My problem was very complex for some reason. The apps just wouldn't recognise my details and link them to my account. Time after time Sean would take me through different attempts to try and rectify the issue. I have to give it to Sean, he was patient and professional throughout the whole process which took a long time. I hope recognise just how good an employee Sean is and what a credit he is to the company.

Hello, Unfortunately on 29/8/25 my partner and I lost our home to a flash flood. After picking up what pieces remained and setting up at our families home while we rebuild, I began reaching out to my suppliers, including Sky. I spoke to Hershe who went above and beyond for me. He made sure my early exit fee was waived and that it was clearly explained why I could not return the now damaged router. While helping me we chatted about our pets, our experience with floods and Hershe showed nothing but compassion, understanding and empathy. Of all the people I have called today, I have had the best experience with Sky and actually felt able to have a bit of a laugh while chatting. Thank you so much, Hershe, my partner and are so grateful for your help and will be absolutely returning to Sky when we find our new (higher up) home.

We had 2 different engineers show up 1st of May. One for the broadband and one for the TV. Excellent service from both of them. They went above and beyond to get me up and running after our move. They were kind and cheerful. One of them hung an old freeview cable that had come undone and was hanging very low, back up. He didn't have to do that. I hadn't even notice he had done it until well after he had left. That put a huge smile on my face. To have 2 different engineers with such great service is a credit to sky. This is why I have put in over 20 years of service with Sky. Thank you!

Spencer was assigned our case , due to the engineers not turning up to fit our sky dish on the assigned date. he swiftly took control of the situation and took remedial action to ensure a swift resolution could be offered . At all times he did what he said he would, called back at the times her promised and arranged for an earlier than promised revised date . At all times he was professional, courteous and customer satisfaction was his main objective . Spencer gave me renewed confidence and I was pleasantly surprised when the engineers turned up on the allocated date and then Spencer rang again to check all was well and we were happy with the service provided . he is an absolute credit to your organisation . Thank you so much to the last advisor I was speaking to on the phone. I have severe social anxiety and this guy made me feel so comfortable, important and very at ease. Everything was sorted for me very quickly and clearly, an absolute brilliant advisor. He was so personable and made a very big impression, I actually got of the phone thinking that I'll actually remember this interaction very fondly. He was amazing and I hung up before I could send a review, I've been arguing with the virtual assistant trying to get in touch, I've went very out of my way to leave this review as he really earned it. I hope in some way this helps as sky is known for having such lovely advisors, they need recognition. Thank you so so much!

Mine is a long story but after butting heads with one of Sky's Loyalty team members I rang the complaints number and spoke to a lady called Lindsay. Wow, what a difference it was speaking to her. She put me back to a place where I was being listened to and understood. In a couple of hours she had righted my wrongs and took all my stresses away. This morning about 8.45am I spoke to one of your women call centre team members from the loyalty department. She sorted out my cancellation for me and she explained the returns process perfectly. I asked her her name but I've forgotten. Maybe it was Rhiannon? It was 27th March 2025 and I was her first call of the morning. She explained the process perfectly and checked my personal details numerous times. She also rewarded my loyalty with sky by taking a 20% off my phone bill for my sim card. I would like to say a massive thanks to my sky lady! I think I was her first call of the day and I told her she was 5* perfection with me! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We are having work done at home, the internet was disconnected and when I reconnected it I couldn't get one of the boxes to work. She helped bend through the steps, was very personable and knowledgable... especially since I understand she is relatively new there. Whilst we were waiting for the router to reboot, we had a nice chat. Builders are coming back today and will likely disconnect it again so she has diarised to phone me back today once I'm back from work to check it's all ok. I didn't ask for that, but I do think it's excellent customer service. one last thing that perhaps better you don't include when you pass this on to her, it was her birthday yesterday, she mentioned it during the chat waiting for the reboot, but because she is new there, no one knew. Might be nice if belatedly someone wished her happy Birthday. Let me be clear tho, this is not the reason for the positive feedback, her customer service was on point , the diarised proactive follow up is next level and in this day and age people are all too ready to moan whenever there is a slight problem but no where near as quick to say when something's been good. thanks Mike
