Sky q lost connection to the router - a very patient guy talked me through the solution - which did not work - he then tried to book an engineer, system too overloaded so he gave me a number to ring - after the call finished I tried the solution again - and hey presto, it worked - so would like to thank the anonymous guy for actually fixing it even though he thought he hadn't
