I would just like say a HUGE thank you to the Sky Broadband engineer who came to connect my broadband service today 😊
David was exceptional! He initially was struggling to connect my service to the new super fast broadband but percervered and even came back the following day to try again. Both of my sons aged 10 and 15 commented on how lovely he was and David was kind enough to give them some career advice about becoming an engineer for openreach whilst he was happily working away.
I'm feeling like a very happy customer because of the excellent service he gave.
