Video camera

My wife bought a video door camera, I have been trying to set it up but my WiFi 5ghz frequency and the video door camera only does 2.4ghz any suggestions please

Router password

For some reason I cannot access my router it with the usual password and admin username, I have tried resetting my router but nothing works,

I can do that the other issue is I cannot get onto my router I have tried the usual password and username and resetting the router for 20 seconds but for some reason it just won't let me login

Make sure that you are using

 

Username   admin

Password     sky or wifi password on the back of the hub

 

Reset the hub by holding down the reset button on the back of the hub for 20 seconds

 

Lastly try a device etherneted to the hub
