I had Sky TV, a neigbour sent me a link to sign up for broadband. I followed the link and signed into sky.com with my existing account and used the same name address and email.
now i have 2 sky accts and i cant login to my broadband account.
Sky Ireland btw.

Nope - thats to link my Skyid to my TV streaming account. When i follow the link it says you have successfully linked your Skyid to your account - but it still doesnt show my broadband info.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Gerrythefish you are likely to have two account numbers and have a separate Sky id linked to the Broadband account. The easiest thing to do is to call Sky they will take you through some security questions and changecthe Broadband accoiunt to be accessible on the same id.

Find out more@Gerrythefish I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
The issue is they cannot sort out Sky id issues themselves but hopefully they can look into the issue to see how it can be fixed.
