How do I change the date of engineer visit to active my broadband?

I need to change the avtviation date to a later one as it is now cleae my hosue will be without power on that day.   How do I go about requsting a different date ?

@KL0dby You may be able to do it via your account in the track my orders section, if you can't then you will have to call Sky.
