WIFI constantly dropping out

I am experiencing major issues with wifi connections and my devices. I work from home so this is essential for use but it is dropping every other minute and disrupting my work. Also, our multiroom boxes jeep losing their connection with the hub and Sky Q Box because of this.

Re: WIFI constantly dropping out

Thanks Tom

After spending over 1hr in the phone with a member of the team, resetting the router, disabling all devices and re-enabling them again the problem seems to have maintained stability.

Re: WIFI constantly dropping out

After my last message  and being hopeful,  the WiFi has dropped again and lost on two devices; a laptop and multiroom box.

The chat was to remain active in case this happened. Please can you advise how I gain access to that or refer me back to a technician again.

Hi Highlinder

Thanks for the response, I will monitor it today but is there a quicker way for me to contact technical again? If  not, could you escalate again so I can discuss with them.

Cheers
