I have an amber light on my Broadband hub for both voice and internet.
when I go onto My Sky and ask it to check my Broadband it says everything is ok. This has been going on for 30 minutes.
I have unplugged everything and restarted it, and it is still not working.
Any ideas?

Same issue here in central Reading area.
One of the online tests keeps falling over after I unplug the Ethernet cable for five seconds and plug back in.
The other keeps saying no issues with your broadband. But I have green, orange, green, orange lights.

I am having the exact same issue for over an hour now. When I check the site mine is also saying everything is fine despite the fact nothing can connect to the internet

Yes I think you're right. I can see there's a few other threads reporting the same issue so it looks like it's out of our control. Fingers crossed it's resolved by the morning.

I'm also Reading area and been having this issue since midnight. Frustrating as 80% of my devices at home need WiFi to work 😣

I have exact the same issue in central Reading. Is it Sky's problem? It keeps saying I should disconnect and reconnect all my cables to the hub. It also says no Internet issue when I run the Check.

Yeah it's most likely Sky as similar reports coming from all over country so it's not just your set up.

I'm also having the same issue, all remote tests say all is fine but I have an orange light and no WiFi
My home WiFi cameras are down, my hive hub and other smart devices that keep my home secure.

Has anybody been able to coax any sort of update from Sky? I've tried their social media team but no response. All their other services indicate that everything is 'all good' when it clearly isn't.
Very frustrating if this hasn't even been escalated into a known issue.

Update. I can now at least connect to my WiFi on my phone. Will check my router when I actually get up but that's one thing I wasn't able to do at midnight.
