No HUB
Iam still waiting for my new hub to arrive along with an engineer it was booked for the 6 th of feburary.
As you can see thats a 11 days waiting they have marked the public pavement ouside an told me they will be here in a few days NOTHING .
I was a Virgin customer mover over to sky for a better deal i have just paid virgin again for another month of broadband and still using their hub.
11 days wait is bad have i gone fom bad to worse ?

This is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here.
If the pavement has been marked Openreach may have applied to the local council for permission to dig it up which will delay things. Your hub is dispatched by Royal Mail and is sent out in order to arrive a couple of days prior to activation.
