I recieved an email from Sky last week informing me that my exisitng hub(an old one - about 8 yrs old) continues to keep me connected to the internet, but it no longer receives service and security updates. Sky are going to replace my existing hub for free with the Sky Hub 4.2.
They say it will be dispatched in the next few days, what I would like to know is how will they dispacth the hub and deliver it?. Will it be by Royal Mail or another courier? As nobody will be at home to recieve the deilvery.

When you my sky app updates that it has been dispatched use the tracking number on the royal mail website to have it redirected to a local post office or trusted neigbour
