Just got this. Is it legit? I'm not clicking on any links until I know for sure 🙂
At Sky we are always looking to bring the latest innovative technology to our customers. As we do this, we’re always making improvements to our infrastructure to enhance both its reliability and performance.
In 2022, the UK government published a new security framework to make the UK’s telecommunications infrastructure more resilient.
In line with government guidance, we wanted to let you know while your hub continues to keep you connected to the internet, it will stop receiving service and security updates on the 31 December 2025. To review your options, including how to update or change your hub, visit our portal here. You’ll need to have your Sky ID and password ready to log in.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Teruel If the email asks you to follow a link then it is a scam email as Sky would never ask you to follow any links instead you would be asked to login to your account or call them.

Thank you, that's what I thought. It's a very well done email in terms of appearance.

Not necessarily, because the information is actually correct regarding Q Hubs, and I wouldn't put it past Sky be foolish enough to require a login for the purpose of Q Hub replacement, which is going to be a major project.
I think we'd better ask elsewhere.

@MagicBoy how can you be 100% sure as discussed sky doesn't usually links in there emails, hence why we are seeking clarification sky
accesing the link without such clarification is done at customers own risk

I agree it's a little odd. I got the email (owning a Sky Q Hub) , and I've successfully ordered a replacement :
The link goes to a Sky owned domain that checks out, and all the certificates are present and correct.
