Sky MAX hub keeps disconnecting from Sky Q box

Nearly twice a week, my new sky max box just disconnects from only the sky q box. Everything else works fine, but then when I go through the re-setup (again and again) sometimes it connects then sometimes it doesn't and I have to wait until it feels like it wants to connect. Really regretting the sky max. Just seems like it's more trouble than it's worth in all honesty...

Anybody else have these issues and how they've overcome them.

I can't hard wire it in due to wires becoming a trip hazard and have tried hard wiring through WiFi extender, it worked once but then just doesn't want to know now.
Any advice welcome, thanks!!!

@jr1991 most likely cause is that the wifi signal from the hub is not strong enough in the area near the Q box. The signal level depends the layout of your home and how it is built. First step is to ensure both the hub and the Q box are out in the open and not under or behind other equipment and not on the floor.

Beyond thst guve Skyba call as they should help connect Q boxes by providing a booster or by sending out an engineer.
