WiFi not working

No internet, reset it but after 2 hours no internet again 😣 why sky always like that

It could be overnight maintenance taking place.

 

If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I don't think overnight maintenance, sky the router always change to amber a few times in every month , WiFi and phone totally not working, we need to reset it. 

if we going to holiday nobody at home how to reset it? WiFi Not working we can't checking the cctv at home when we going out.
