Ever since we have changed to a Sky Max rougher my HP printer will not connect to the WIFI at all, driving me mad as I need it for working from home.
Tried numerous times switching everything off and in again and the router but nothing

Yes and it won't found the printer as it won't connect to the wifi. All been a nightmare since we had a new router to onto fibre

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3-T to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@sheila195 HP printers can be a pain to connect.depending on the model reresetting the unit to its initial settings can help. You will have to search online on how to do that for your model.
i have has success in the past by temporarily connecting the printer to a PC by a usb cable and updating the printer's firmware from HP's site and then trying again which has worked.

Absolute nightmare! Took 3 days to get it restarted again, by lowering the security settings and then back up again 😡

I have no idea how to do that ! But I managed to get it linked to my mobile phone and as the phone and Computer are on the same network ...it works !! But I spent all day on this ...and now trying to scan something! More work to do.
I wont buy another HP for certain... well done for not throwing it in the bin!!
